Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by Beiersdorf the “Company” or “Nivea”) and is applicable in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This text is the contract that governs the relationship between the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) regarding your participation in the Promotion. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Promotion and in doing so, unreservedly agrees to be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

“The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required by applicable laws or upon request of a competent regulatory authority. Any such amendments will be posted on www.wininsummer.com and, where reasonably practicable, notified to participants through available channels. No amendment shall apply retroactively to entries submitted prior to the effective date of such amendment. These Terms and Conditions shall at all times remain subject to the approval of the competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

Article 1: Scope
  1. The Promotion and online entry submissions will take place from (Dates & Store List) The Company reserves the right to extend the last day for submission of entries without prior notice.
  2. The Promotion is valid only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) for residents of the country, aged 18 years or older, and in possession of a valid Saudi ID or Iqama. (Employees of Beiersdorf, affiliated advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion)

  4. The Promotion will cover the participating products sold in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 2: Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism
  1. This Promotion applies only to the Consumers who purchased the participating products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”). To be eligible, the purchase must be made: Through Tamimi, United, Bin Dawood, Adam, Orange, Lemon, Whites, Zahrat Rawda, Watsons, Panda, Lulu, Danube, Nahdi., or other participating retailers within the period of the Promotion from June 22, 2025, at 00:01 am until Aug 20,2025, at 11:59 pm.
  2. To increase number of chances to win, the Consumer must purchase a minimum of 50 SAR worth of participating products
  3. This Promotion is open to all eligible Consumers residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”). Participation in the Promotion shall not be conditional upon the purchase of any product.
  4. Consumers may enter the Promotion by accessing the campaign website [insert website URL] or by scanning the QR code displayed in participating retail stores and completing the online entry form. No purchase is necessary to participate, and making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
  5. Only one entry per eligible Consumer is permitted. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period—from 22 June 2025 at 00:01 a.m. until 20 August 2025 at 11:59 pm.—will be entered into the prize draw.
The eligible products mentioned in Article 1: Scope

To participate in the Promotion, Consumers may enter without making a purchase by visiting www.wininsummer.com and completing the online entry form. No purchase is necessary.

  1.  “After this date, entries shall be closed and participation will no longer be possible, unless the Company extends the submission deadline in accordance with the terms of the promotional permit issued by the Chamber of Commerce. Any such extension will be publicly communicated on www.wininsummer.com.”
  2. The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling out the online registration form in its entirety with his/her correct personal details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and receipt number.
    • The Consumer shall be responsible for providing his/her correct and complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false information, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant that provides incomplete or incorrect information.
    • Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete, and/or corrupt) will not be accepted.
    • Selected winner will be contacted via their registered email address for confirmation with details of how to collect their prize.
  4. The reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, the following:

The employees of Beiersdorf and their immediate families (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, and/or spouses) are excluded from the Promotion. Any participation of these persons in the Promotion in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall lead to automatic disqualification
  6. At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification of that Consumer and a ban of any further participation in the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an advantage or otherwise is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification.
Article 3: Winners’ eligibility
  1. The Winner will receive a confirmation email once they are validated to arrange the prize collection.
  2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify a Winner if he/she does not meet the eligibility rules. These may include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Fake identity or incorrect personal information.
    • Suspicion of cheating.
    • Information requested not received on time.
    • Any other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company. “Any material breach of these Terms and Conditions.”
  3. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of technical malfunction of his/her computer, online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software while registering to participate or in claiming the prizes in case he/she is a lucky Winner.
  4. The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  5. If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in any manner it deems fit.
Article 4: Prizes details
  1. The prize will be issued with the following details:
    Lucky Draw – KSA Qty
    A trip to the Maldives for a family of four, including round-trip economy class airfare and hotel accommodation for three consecutive nights. The prize does not include meals, airport transfers, local transportation, travel insurance, visa fees (if applicable), or any other incidental expenses. All additional costs shall be the responsibility of the winner. 1
  2. Company’s decision is final regarding the selection of Winner and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  3. Prize is non-transferable and are not redeemable for other prizes or other considerations.
  4. “The Company’s decision in relation to the conduct of the Promotion and selection of Winners shall be final. However, participants may contact the Company through the official communication channels listed on the Promotion website for clarification or support.”
Article 5: Prize Collection
  1. The Winner must have received the winning validation email in his/her registered email address used for playing.
  2. The Winner must follow the instructions in the email to collect their prize.
  3. The Winner is fully responsible for sharing their correct details.
  4. Beiersdorf shall not be responsible for any matter related to the prize after receiving and during the use of it. Should you require any additional information please reach out to (info@wininsummer.com)
  5. The prize needs to be collected within 7 days, or the government will select a new winner. “The prize must be collected within seven (7) days from notification. If not collected within this period, the Company reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible winner, in accordance with the promotion’s approved draw procedure.”
  6. The prize is non-redeemable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. If the winner’s visa is declined, the prize will be cancelled.
Article 6: Intellectual Property Usage Rights & Legal Disclaimers
  1. The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph, video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law.
  2. The Company shall obtain the Consumer’s express consent, where required under applicable law, before using any personal data or image for advertising or promotional activities. Such consent shall be informed, freely given, and revocable. All processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  3. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.
Article 7: Promotion
  1. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labour dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.
  2. The Company may modify or withdraw the Promotion, in whole or in part, where necessary due to regulatory guidance, operational constraints, or force majeure. Any such amendment or withdrawal will be subject to applicable law and, where feasible, communicated to participants in advance through the Promotion website.
  3. “The Company’s decisions in relation to the Promotion shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to participants’ rights under applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
  4. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned. The laws of the KSA shall govern this Promotion. Any dispute shall be adjudicated upon by the Courts of KSA.
